  • What is the Diadem Express Cloud Environment?

Diadem Express Cloud environment is a group of application containers that are organized and configured to serve specific application(s) or website(s). Our platform-as-a-service cloud automatically establishes connections between your application containers and load balancers, providing you with seamless traffic flow. All servers in your environment are completely dedicated to you, giving you the power of enhanced performance, flexibility, and security.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free 14-day trial so you can deploy and host your applications with Express Cloud

Following are the limitations during the trial setup :

  • Cloudlets allowed per container / VM – 8 units.
  • A single cloudlet equals 128 MB RAM and 400 Mhz CPU.
  • No. of containers / VMs allowed during trial – 3 nos.
  • 10 GB disk space per node.
  • 10 MBps data transfer throughput per container.
  • No Public IPv4 address can be assigned during trial period.

These restrictions will be removed when you upgrade to a prepaid account with a minimum recharge of Rs. 2500 + GST.

  • Can I host multiple domains?

Yes, you can host multiple domains with Diadem. We recommend setting up separate environments for each domain or using virtual hosts within a single environment. Our support team is always available to assist you with this process, if needed. If you plan on hosting a lot of small domains, our Cloud VPS service is the best option for efficient handling of multiple domains on one server.

  • How is Diadem Express Cloud secure?

Diadem Express Cloud is designed to be safe, due to the use of secure containers, which eliminates the hassle of dealing with kernel, patches and updates. Ports are secured by default for added protection, and a web-based firewall is available for easy setup. Additionally, Two-Factor Authentication can be enabled to protect your account even further.

  • Does Diadem offer email hosting?

We offer transactional email smtp solutions and also incoming email hosting with Zimbra Cloud
